Day to Day Job Duties Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end regulatory data mapping for in-scope business processes and systems across Chile, Peru, and Mexico. Document data flows across the lifecycle: collection, use, storage, sharing (including third parties), retention, and deletion. Establish clear lineage from source systems through downstream processing and consumption. Validate mappings with Business and Technology subject‑matter experts. Data Inventory / Records of Processing (RoPA) Support Develop and validate data inventories supporting RoPA requirements. Identify personal and sensitive data elements, purposes of processing, system ownership, and cross‑border data transfers. Ensure inventories align with country‑specific regulatory and privacy obligations. Data Subject Rights (DSAR) Enablement Identify systems, datasets, and owners required to support DSAR execution. Document discovery paths for access, correction, deletion, and portability requests. Provide consistent, reusable documentation to support repeatable DSAR operations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Business teams across International Operations. Resolve documentation gaps through structured working sessions. Proactively elevate risks, dependencies, and blockers to Data Governance leadership. Knowledge Transfer & Transition Package deliverables for transition to internal ownership. Store artifacts in approved enterprise repositories. Conduct walkthroughs and handoff sessions with designated internal resources. Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in data governance, regulatory data management, privacy operations, or compliance-driven data initiatives. Proven hands‑on delivery of regulatory data mapping and lineage, data inventories/Records of Processing, and privacy and compliance data documentation. Strong understanding of privacy and data protection principles (purpose limitation, lawful processing, retention, DSARs). Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, defensible, audit‑ready data artifacts. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Travel: Not Applicable Degree: Bachelor’s degree or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience. Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK concepts).
