Everyday, we rise to the challengeto make a difference and here’s how the role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Drive effectiveimplementation of the compliance programthrough the business in all applicable regions including but not limited to, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica. Establish strategies for communicating policy changes and ensurethat training and other relevant materials are updated accordingly. Provide hands-on supportfor employees in answeringcompliance-related questions on policy. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular compliance monitoring, audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct quarterly compliance ride alongs with sales representatives in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica. Assist in designing and implementing efficientand effective FCPA controls throughout the organization. Stay informedabout emerging compliance trends,technologies, and regulatory developments in the financial industry. Help with specialprojects and other assignedduties. The minimumqualifications for this role are: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skillsand keen attentionto detail. Demonstrate currentworking knowledge of variousrules, regulations, and industry guidance relevantto healthcare compliance. Strong familiarity with components of compliance programs; specificexperience in training, communications and/or businessprocess development. Great interpersonal skills, abilityto work collaboratively and cross functionally Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethicsas well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretion. Ability to be proactive, exercisejudgment and manage multipleresponsibilities simultaneously. Excellent criticalthinking skills:ability to work through complexissues, includingthose with significant strategic risk to the company.
