Job Summary This role leads the Personal System business in HP Mexico: Commercial and Consumer. The role is responsible for the Product Portfolio definition and implementation, for the 4P strategy and is fully accountable for the P&L of the businesses. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the objectives of the business unit, stays up to date with industry best practices and the latest trends, and proactively identifies and addresses any risks to stay competitive in the market. Responsibilities Manages and leads product portfolio, operational, and financial aspects of assigned product grouping/segment. Develops short and mid‑term plans to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals. Leads go‑to‑market team and identifies new product opportunities. Develops strategy with field sales teams, sales management, and other key category stakeholders on programs and product positioning to win business. Engages with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate category performance, present plans, and seek support for strategic initiatives. Builds and maintains strong relationships with alliance partners. Collaborates with internal teams from marketing, sales, supply chain, finance and product development to align strategies and ensure effective execution. Identifies and addresses potential risks within the category and implements mitigation strategies. Ensures adherence to organization's policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the category management function. Evaluates and optimizes category strategies and processes to stay competitive in the market. Education & Experience Graduate Degree in Systems Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of job‑related and/or management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish.
