Production Supervisor Responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines. Responsibilities Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the QMS guidelines. Comply with tasks and responsibilities within the IMS. Ensure that operational personnel comply with the procedures involved within the QMS. Ensure that personnel follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable. Maintain standard yields and cycle times. Complete equipment logs for pressure vessels (when applicable). Take corrective actions to control products within specifications and QMS guidelines. Maintain harmonious discipline while ensuring compliance with company policies. Verify that QMS records are completed accurately. Request maintenance service when equipment requires it and follow up until completion. Ensure that production areas are kept clean, organized, and safe; report unsafe acts and conditions. Plan and assign activities to operators according to production needs. Participate in the training of unionized personnel (when applicable). Participate in the development of operating procedures (when applicable). Participate in fire brigade, evacuation, first aid, and other emergency response teams; support ongoing training of personnel under supervision. Enter production data into SAP (when applicable). Efficiently manage resources required for continuous and uninterrupted production. Participate in MTS walkthroughs and follow up on corrective actions through completion. Implement and maintain the 5S program within assigned areas. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of experience. Must speak English. Experience with SAP.
