Key Responsibilities Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system access setup. Serve as a point of contact for new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HR systems. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents. Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements by managing documentation and reporting. Associate Engagement: Assist in organizing and executing engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities. Act as a resource for associates, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the associate experience. Collaborate with the Associate Success team to implement new tools and technologies. General Support: Provide administrative support to HR business partners and leadership as required. Assist with special projects and initiatives within the Associate Success function. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
