Your Role The Financial Analyst role will support WBD content programming operations by managing content contracts within corporate systems and preparing accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting, including ad‑hoc analysis and monthly forecast reporting to aid business decisions. Your Role Accountabilities Strong oral and written communication skills with strong initiative. Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and other financial data analysis tools, including financial modelling. Proactive, results‑oriented, and deadline driven. Qualifications & Experience 1‑2 years of contract management experience. Bachelor’s degree or advanced study in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas. Experience in contracts management/review, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, SAP, and Oracle EPM is considered a plus. Experience in the entertainment industry and shared services centers is preferred. Major Duties and Responsibilities Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast processes for capex/cash investment and content amortization expense. Review all contracts and amendments for budget and rights information (≈50%). Reconcile actuals versus prior forecast/budget and prior year; provide variance explanations. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis as needed. Participate in assigned meetings: Monthly Forecasting, Actuals vs. Forecast Variances Review, Cash Flow, and Programming Financials Review. Support the development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis.
