Sales Account Manager, Food Colors, Mexico City What you’ll do: You will drive impact in Sales by understanding the market landscape, identifying growth opportunities, new customer prospects, key market segments, customers, market dynamics, trends, opportunities, gaps, and timelines. Develop and execute account business plans that outline customer strategies, requirements, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction, with focus on natural colors conversion. You will manage a distribution partner by ensuring proper engagement, training, as well as execution and accountability. Collaborate and work closely with all departments, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Finance, to ensure superior service for food, beverage and pharma customers and prospects. Grow and manage a pipeline of projects, consistently following up to bring them to the finish line successfully. What you will bring: Fluency in English is required. B2B experience in sales, marketing, product management, or R&D that reflects high productivity of measurable results and impact on clients. A strategic approach to developing and winning business and savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience (ideally in the food industry -ingredients or retail-, chemical or pharma ingredients, etc.). Ability to travel 60-70% across the territory of responsibility. A bachelor's degree along with excellent organization, project management, customer service, and communication skills.
