You will partner closely with Sales and clients to design innovative, scalable solutions that deliver real business outcomes.This is a **high-impact, customer-facing role** blending consulting, storytelling, and solution design.### **What You Will Do*** Partner with Sales and customers across Mexico to design **AI-driven CX strategies and solutions*** Lead **discovery conversations** focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience opportunities* Position **Genesys Cloud** as a comprehensive **experience orchestration platform*** Deliver **engaging demos and presentations** tailored to technical and business audiences* Design **scalable architectures** including CCaaS, AI capabilities, APIs, and integrations* Identify and articulate **AI use cases** across the customer journey (self-service, agent assist, personalization, analytics)* Build **business cases** tied to ROI, efficiency, and customer experience improvements* Support **RFx processes** with strong technical and strategic input* Collaborate with partners to drive **innovation and adoption*** Act as a **trusted advisor** throughout the sales cycle### **What We’re Looking For**We know great candidates don’t always meet every requirement.
