The Customer Fulfillment Intern supports service level tracking, order management processes, and inventory control activities across Andina markets (Chile, Peru & Colombia). This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, monitoring key service KPIs such as Fill Rate, and supporting the purchase order flow in coordination with Logistics and cross-functional teams. The intern contributes to maintaining high service performance and reliable system information in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. What Your Impact Will Be Support the measurement and tracking of Fill Rate , ensuring accuracy and consistency of data Assist in the purchase order flow , including order tracking Extract, consolidate, and validate data from internal systems to support service level analysis Monitor basic service and operational KPIs (Fill Rate, backorders, order status) Support inventory control activities , including identification of potential shortages or discrepancies Update and maintain master data, reports, and system information Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for service and operational tracking Contribute to data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics Engineering, Business Administration Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Part time Mornings Essential for students in their last semesters Strong analytical and numerical skills Basic understanding of supply chain, order management, or inventory concepts Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar) is a plus High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Intermediate English (written and spoken) Mattel is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer where we want you to bring your authentic self to work every day.
