To act as the central coordination and enablement hub for the "Bottoms-Up" innovation ecosystem. This senior role serves as a direct leverage point for leadership, responsible for designing and managing the federated operating model that connects all delivery centers. The primary focus is to bridge the gap between vision and reality by creating the visibility, structure, and operational cadence that ensures the entire program operates as a cohesive, high‑performing unit. Responsabilities Design and Manage the Operating Model: Design, implement, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end operating model for the federated innovation teams, including agile methodologies and a standardized project intake process. Drive Strategic Alignment and Visibility: Develop compelling case studies and communication materials that articulate the business impact and value of AI initiatives to generate awareness and buy‑in among stakeholders and leadership. Manage Program Governance: Act as a crucial liaison between federated delivery teams and leadership, creating and presenting clear, concise status reports and executive‑level slide decks to keep leadership appraised of progress, risks, and key decisions. Orchestrate Cross‑Center Collaboration: Serve as the primary coordinator for the global AI Evangelist network and federated AI Leads, facilitating ceremonies and removing system‑level roadblocks. Track and Report on Value: Partner with the Value Realization team to establish and track KPIs that measure the business impact of the innovation initiatives. Onboard and Enable Talent: Develop and manage the onboarding process for new team members and AI Evangelists into the global operating model. Qualifications. AI Program Management: Understanding how to manage a portfolio of diverse AI and automation projects. This includes knowledge of the unique AI project lifecycle, AI‑specific risk management, dependency tracking across teams, and applying agile methodologies to data‑centric initiatives. (e.g., running scrum for AI projects, portfolio‑level risk assessment) AI Literacy & Change Management: The ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business language to drive organizational adoption and manage change. This involves developing communication plans, creating scaled training and enablement strategies, and managing stakeholder expectations. (e.g., developing an "AI for Business" literacy program, creating playbooks for new tool adoption) AI Value Realization: Knowledge of the frameworks and metrics used to measure the business value and ROI of AI and automation initiatives. This includes tracking user adoption, solution performance against business goals, and quantifying impact. (e.g., defining and tracking KPIs for an automation Center of Excellence, building value realization dashboards) AI Governance Operations: Understanding of how to operationalize an AI governance framework. This includes managing the central intake process for new automation ideas, curating a central repository of reusable assets, and ensuring projects adhere to established governance protocols. (e.g., managing an 'AI idea submission' portal, maintaining a shared component library) Experience: Minimum of seven years of recent experience in leading large‑scale, enterprise‑wide program management or strategic digital enablement projects. Direct experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or Corporate Services environment. Program Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence in a complex, global, and matrixed environment without direct authority; demonstrated experience designing and implementing operating models. Project Management: Experience with project management approaches, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and the full project lifecycle. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
