Responsibilities Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered. Participate in the sales cycle, including gathering requirements and helping with SOWs. Ensure compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work. Work with clients’ project managers to identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope or timelines. Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s post‑production services team. Establish priorities, work independently, and pursue objectives without supervision. Advise clients on Workday best practices. Requirements Workday Project Management certification (required). Fluent in English (required). At least 2 years of experience project‑managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprises with a partner firm (required). Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (required). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (required). B1/B2 travel visa (strongly preferred). Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet (preferred). Consulting experience as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (preferred). Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and coworkers to build confidence and trust. Good problem‑solving skills with an open mindset toward diverse perspectives and customer expectations. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
