Responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Sales, Operations, and key functional areas to support customers and grow the business. This individual will be the primary contact for our clients and will provide world‑class customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned specific customers and will learn about each customer's products, unique business systems, and strategies. Activities are focused on order processing, obtaining order coverage and forecasting, managing change requests, and frequent communication with customers. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with our global sales organization and key functional areas to ensure the execution of our annual sales plan goals. Comply with applicable Quality and Environmental Management System requirements. Qualifications Associate degree in technical or commercial discipline or equivalent customer service and / or inside sales experience. Minimum 3 years in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role. Experience in a preferred manufacturing environment. 90% English, 100% Spanish Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Ability and willingness to learn new systems (SalesForce.com, MRP platforms, others). Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams. Knowledge of MRP II and JIT Systems. Certification in APICs / CPIM is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
