This role will serve as the focal point between the client and the company for program development. The incumbent will oversee the department's operations, ensuring adherence to quality, cost-benefit, and delivery objectives. They will also efficiently manage the business unit's resources and forecast sales, expenses, human resources, and future equipment needs. Manage functions and align defined goals with production, quality, manufacturing, engineering, planning, and process management, according to company specifications, to supervise and evaluate continuous improvements within the assigned business unit. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects. Prepare quotes and manage the appropriate use of human resources, overseeing the department's financial situation and budget to achieve impact goals. Coordinate the development of communication and marketing materials that capture the initiative and are tailored to the identified stakeholders. Lead projects established by general management (cost reductions, NADCAP certifications, AS9100) by measuring program impact and preparing results reports, as well as progress reports, to provide assistance and support to related departments. Maintain effective communication with the client and channel information within the business unit. Report shipment status to clients, generating forecasts for sales, expenses, personnel, and equipment, and notify the relevant department of any necessary changes to maintain effective communication with the client. Establish departmental objectives by leading, motivating, and guiding the team, fostering a positive work environment to ensure clear and effective internal and external communication. Report on the department's status based on its needs, managing equipment purchases or staff increases in a manner consistent with departmental objectives for growth and improvement. Education Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree applicable to the functions of the position, with professional title or internship letter (with 100% of the credits of the degree covered). English Level Advanced English. Experience Minimum of 3 to 4 years ina similar position. Computer Skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
