Qualifications Computer System Validation (CSV) & Lifecycle Management Software Quality Engineering & SDLC Optimization Risk-Based Regulatory Intelligence Required Skills Influential Leadership - Leading the informal testing kick-off with high energy and clarity. Assertiveness - Effectively escalating resourcing or scheduling blockers. Analytical Thinking - Interpreting regulatory changes for the GDFS portfolio. Integrity - Refusing to cut corners on validation, even under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in HealthTech, CGP, ITAR, EAR regulations. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
