Hiring: Local Sales Representative (Latin America & USA | Automotive Aftermarket) Job Title Local Sales Representative (Latin America) Location Work Location: Based locally in USA / Mexico / Brazil / Colombia / Chile / Argentina & other Latin American countries Job Overview We are seeking a motivated local sales talent to drive regional business growth, develop B2B distribution channels, and manage local client relationships for our automotive diagnostic equipment and auto electronic products. This is a full-time local position with flexible working mode and lucrative commission mechanism. Key Responsibilities Develop local market, expand B-end clients including auto repair shops, auto parts dealers and distributors, and achieve assigned sales targets. Manage full sales cycle independently, covering business negotiation, quotation, contract signing, order follow-up and payment collection. Conduct local market and competitor analysis, submit practical sales strategies, and synchronize market feedback to China headquarters. Attend local industry exhibitions, conduct client visits and product demonstrations to enhance local brand influence and market share. Maintain long-term cooperation with existing partners, expand secondary distribution channels, and ensure stable regional business operation. Cooperate with China team on product delivery, after-sales support and market promotion optimization. Requirements Associate degree or above; Marketing, International Trade, Automotive related majors are preferred. 2+ years local B2B sales experience; experience in auto parts, vehicle diagnostic equipment or automotive electronics industry is highly preferred. Language split by region: US: Fluent English required; Spanish as bonus skill. Latin America: Native fluent Spanish And English for daily business negotiation and written communication; basic Portuguese is a plus. Familiar with local automotive aftermarket rules and distribution modes, with existing local industry resources is a big advantage. Result-driven, good at independent business development and client negotiation, able to work under pressure.
