It offers the opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact through leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise.Role Responsibilities:Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtimeLead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to achieve performance and safety goalsPlan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerCollaborate with production teams to align maintenance priorities with operational needsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety cultureManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when neededTrack maintenance metrics and prepare basic reports on performance and improvementsSupport the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipmentMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, including 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenanceAdvanced knowledge of control, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsProficient in maintenance management systemsAbility to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematicsKnowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practicesAdvanced English proficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors)Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen, TPM)Experience implementing and improving preventive maintenance programsKnowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
