Position Customer Sales Specialist Location Tlaquepaque, Mexico (Arrow Electronics office) Job Type Full time Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home Salary 21,191.67–28,600.00MXN per month Responsibilities Manage the overall account relationship and day‑to‑day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base. Work with internal and external resources to facilitate quoting, demand fulfillment, and troubleshooting of customer requirements. Own the Quote to Order processes and order preparation for specified customers; coordinate resources and processing of quotations and set pricing with management. Collaborate with supplier contacts and internal departments to resolve pre‑sales and post‑sales issues, proactively notifying customers of changes to delivery status. Serve as liaison between the sales team and other functions to resolve returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, and other operational matters in a timely manner. Provide ongoing sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process, maintaining the Perfect Order Index (POI) and inventory integrity to minimize write‑offs and bill‑backs. Qualifications Typically a 4‑year degree with 2–4years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or similar. Strong work ethic, professional behavior, and proven customer‑service track record.
