Education Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering. Experience 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience with customer contact, introduction of new products, and leading customer meetings. Knowledge 80% English proficiency Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.) Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.) development and analysis SMT programming, development of improvement projects, detection of efficiency detractors Attendance at project team meetings, training technicians, and follow‑up on efficiency strategies Abilities Work under pressure and prioritize tasks Well organized and focused toward obtaining results Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
