Consultant, Crisis and Resilience Consulting We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented, business-minded professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork, and project management skills to drive our crisis and resilience consulting practice. The role involves crisis management, business continuity, enterprise risk management, supply chain risk management, emergency response, and impact-reduction consultancy engagements. The Consultant in our security and risk consultancy practice is a fee‑earning consultant expected to market, sell, and deliver end‑to‑end security risk management and related strategic security consulting to clients. Responsibilities Work with team members on crisis and resilience consulting engagements of diverse scope and complexity, applying industry best practices and personal experience. Assess, design, implement security consultancy solutions for clients. Develop, design, and deliver client training. Identify prospects for future business, support client meetings, scoping, and proposal writing. Manage client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary client contact. Collaborate across Control Risks to solve complex client problems. Essential Qualifications 4 to 6 years of work experience in a risk management field. Excellent client relationship skills with a track record of success in a high‑performing management consulting environment. Significant experience in security risk consultancy or similar fields. Experience delivering client presentations and training delivery solutions. Significant experience in the Mexico security market. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering security (physical or cyber) consulting engagements. Experience consulting on gender violence issues in Mexico. Experience across multiple client industries. Bachelor's degree. Ability to travel 30–60% of the time and on short notice. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong multitasking, balancing client‑facing, business development, and internal responsibilities. Creative and analytical problem‑solving skills. Committed, enthusiastic, and “can‑do” approach. Solution‑oriented, positive attitude, high integrity, loyalty, and discretion.
