Role Summary We are making a strategic shift in our Mexico market—from a delivery-led model to a growth-led, partnership-driven approach. We are looking for a high-caliber Alliances & Business Development leader who can own revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and position Ksquare as a preferred Salesforce and AI transformation partner in Mexico. This is not a traditional sales role. This is a market-building role . Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end revenue targets for Mexico region Build and scale a qualified pipeline across enterprise and mid-market Close strategic deals across Salesforce, Data, AI, and Industry Cloud solutions Drive disciplined pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and conversion Build executive relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and Partner Leadership Position Ksquare as a co-sell, co-build, co-deliver partner Drive joint account planning, territory alignment, and deal shaping Leverage Salesforce programs, funding, and marketplace mechanisms Identify and onboard strategic partners (ISVs, consulting firms, system integrators) Build a structured alliances playbook for the Mexico region Drive joint GTM motions and bundled offerings 4. Strategic Account Development Build and manage C-level relationships across priority industries: Retail & Consumer Telecom & Media Shape large transformation deals—not only respond to RFPs 5. Market Positioning & Brand Building Represent Ksquare in Salesforce events, partner forums, and client leadership discussions Establish Ksquare as an AI-native Salesforce transformation partner in Mexico Drive thought leadership (AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Agentic platforms) 6. Collaboration with Delivery & COEs Work closely with India, LATAM, and global delivery teams Ensure strong solution alignment and delivery credibility in deals Translate client demand into capability-building priorities Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months) Build a $X Mn qualified pipeline with strong conversion ratios Establish top-tier Salesforce partnership visibility in Mexico Launch at least 3 active alliance partnerships Candidate Profile Must-Have 10–15 years in Sales / Business Development / Alliances roles Strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem or enterprise SaaS consulting Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) Deep relationships within Salesforce Mexico ecosystem Preferred Experience working with nearshore/global delivery models Exposure to AI, Data, or Industry-specific solutions Background in consulting firms or system integrators Ownership mindset – operates like a GM for the region Strong executive presence and negotiation skills Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch High accountability and result orientation Why This Role Matters Ksquare is evolving into an AI-native services organization and a preferred partner for enterprise platform ecosystems (Salesforce, OpenAI, etc.) .
