The regional leader of innovation, architecture, and technology management is responsible for defining and maintaining the technological architecture of the subregion (Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America), ensuring alignment with global standards and addressing local business needs and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain the regional technology architecture roadmap, covering applications, data, integration, and infrastructure. Alignment and Governance: Ensure that all solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory frameworks. Platform Integration: Design and monitor integration strategies for core platforms, APIs, and middleware to enable seamless interoperability between systems. Innovation Enablement: Evaluates emerging technologies and proposes scalable solutions that support transformation and innovation initiatives. Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between global architecture teams and local delivery units, ensuring consistency and adaptability. Risk and compliance: Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies, focused on resiliency, scalability, and security. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development and integration teams, ensuring compliance with architectural best practices and patterns. Skills and experience that will lead to success. You must have a completed bachelor’s degree, 100% completed credits (Graduate). Languages: Advanced English. Experience: in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration technologies, and security principles. Experience implementing services, microservices, and containers. Ability to balance global standards with regional operational realities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience transitioning platforms from legacy technologies to cloud technologies. Ability to relate to different areas inside and outside the company, highly developed and proactive sense of urgency. How we support our colleagues.
