We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import & Supply Chain Specialist to join our LATAM Operations team.This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth and compliant import operations across the region, while also supporting broader supply chain activities.This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of how operations work in practice. Beyond coordination, you will be actively involved in day-to-day execution when needed, gaining full visibility of the end-to-end supply chain.It’s a unique opportunity to gain regional exposure, cross-functional experience, and long-term growth potential within the organization.What you'll do:Import & Regulatory CoordinationManage end-to-end import processes across LATAM marketsCoordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partnersEnsure compliance with local import regulations and requirementsProactively identify and address potential regulatory or operational risksSupply Chain Operations SupportSupport day-to-day supply chain activities across LATAMAssist in resolving operational issues related to logistics and deliveriesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth executionSupport execution of key operational processes when needed (e.g., order validation, inventory checks, tracking and follow-up activities)Hands-on Operations & ExecutionActively support operational execution when required (e.g., order flows, inventory validations, issue resolution)Participate in key operational activities to ensure accuracy and continuity (e.g., shipment follow-ups, inventory checks, process validations)Build a deep understanding of how processes work in practice, not only from a coordination perspectiveSupport the team during peak periods or operational contingenciesRegional CollaborationWork closely with teams across LATAM North and SouthAct as a key point of contact for import-related topicsSupport alignment and communication across countriesProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to simplify and standardize processesSupport initiatives to improve operational efficiencyHelp document and maintain operational proceduresVendor & Performance ManagementMonitor performance of logistics and customs partnersSupport follow-up on service levels and issue resolutionHelp maintain visibility on key operational metricsWhat you'll need:5-7 years of experience in: import/export operations, logistics or supply chainExperience working in multi-country or regional environments is a plusComprehensive understanding of import/export processes and documentationExperience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)Comfortable working with data and operational reportsConversational EnglishWillingness to be hands-on and engage directly with operational processesComfort working both at a strategic and execution levelBonus points for:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and process-oriented mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skillsOur Benefits & Perks:You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
