Responsibilities Handle the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement‑related documents. Assist in monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments. Generate reports on purchasing activities, costs, and trends to support decision‑making. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries related to procurement activities. Accurately enter and update information in the procurement database and other relevant systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, logistics, and operations, to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in purchasing. Proficient in English as a second language. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel. Experience with ERP/MRP software (Epicor preferred but not required). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of procurement process and vendor management. Required High school diploma required.
