Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Black Belt certification/Master's degree preferred) English spoken and written (90%) Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years working in quality management within electronic manufacturing. Experience leading quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, including participation in audits and developing quality improvements and corrective action plans. Experience managing clients and results-oriented work teams. Knowledge: Experience or participation in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems; quality standards: ISO 9001, TL 9000, and ISO/TS 16949; core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA; participation in internal audit programs; knowledge of regulatory compliance; knowledge of product requirements; new product introduction; statistical process control; quality tools; Lean Six Sigma. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project. Skills: Excellent customer focus with business acumen, ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet strict requirements and common company objectives, analytical, logical, proactive, and determined thinking, effective project planning and management, innovation, negotiation, strong oral and written communication skills at all levels, decisiveness, direct involvement in the manufacturing area. Ability to motivate and unite work teams. Very good interpersonal and interaction with corporate and/or regional management. Responsibilities: Manage and ensure full compliance with the plant's quality requirements through the quality department and other departments. Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and systemic requirements for the organization. Define quality metrics in coordination with management and ensure their implementation and improvement. Effectively manage assigned resources. Maintain continuous communication with the customer and within the organization.
