The Sales Agent position is responsible for developing new business within the Sales division. The Sales Agent will work with different clients and departments. Sales Agents are responsible for their strategic growth plans and will work closely with an experienced Coach who will assist them in driving success. Sales Agents generate a commission on every sale, participate in cross-sale opportunities and have uncapped earning potential. What you’ll be doing Create strategic plan to build a personal book of business Control pricing to customers amongst various products and services Strengthen customer relationships and maximize revenue generating opportunities Increase sales with existing clients by improving retention and negotiated pricing Strategically work with customers to provide the best options for them Create annual plan with monthly and weekly goals Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation Proactively manage exceptions and provide solutions Communicate information timely and accurately What we require Have a strong background in sales and customer service Have a proven sales background, documented success and are not afraid of monthly quotas Experience managing customers Operations management and experience Candidates must be aggressive, organized and effective under pressure Growth and sales oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities Problem solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task in a windows-based environment Weekly and yearly pay estimates are based on 1+ years of experience.
