At least 4+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations Experience leading mid-sized teams (15-20+ Consultants) Deep technical expertise in ABAP on HANA, ABAP Cloud, RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), CDS views, and VDM architecture Expert level proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services Strong working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including CAP, SAP Build Apps, and SAP AI Services Extensive experience designing and delivering RICEFW objects across all development types Proven ability to provide architectural guidance, establish development standards, and drive modernization initiatives Key Responsibilities Solution & Delivery Leadership Lead and govern SAP technical solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS). Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW delivery oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates. Act as an escalation lead for complex technical design or integration issues between applications. People Management – Lead a Large Technical Consulting Team Manage and grow a team of 30+ SAP Technical consultants. Liaison with project and capability leads in the US for deliveries. Oversee performance management, staffing, mentoring, skill development, engagement, and succession planning. Enable a high performance culture through coaching, training, certifications, and capability uplift programs. Pre Sales & Business Development Support pursuits for S/4 transformations: solutioning, estimates, staffing models, and delivery approaches.
