We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Senior Financial Analytics Analyst to support acquisition underwriting, operational forecasting, and executive decision-making across a growing senior living platform. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, advanced analytics, and data‑driven strategy. You'll build acquisition and operational models, develop predictive forecasts, automate reporting workflows, and partner with leadership to drive visibility into occupancy, labor, revenue, and margin performance. Key Responsibilities Build acquisition pro formas and underwriting models for senior living communities Develop scenario, sensitivity, and forecasting models across occupancy, labor, RevPOR, acuity mix, and operating performance Create dynamic budgets and rolling forecasts using operational and financial drivers Analyze portfolio and community‑level performance, identifying trends and root causes Design executive dashboards and KPI reporting for operational and financial leadership Apply advanced analytics and predictive forecasting techniques to improve planning accuracy Automate reporting and forecasting workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools Partner cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and acquisitions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills (required) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics Nice to Have Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools Experience in multinational or US‑based companies Exposure to reporting automation or process improvement initiatives Soft Skills Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities English Level - Advanced English (required) Benefits Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December Major Medical Expense Insurance: Coverage up to $20,000,000.00 MXN Minor Medical Insurance: VRIM membership with special discounts on doctor's appointments and accident reimbursements Dental Insurance: Always smile with confidence!
