We’re looking for an Ecommerce General Manager who’s equal parts strategic thinker and hands‑on operator. You’re someone who can look at a dashboard, identify what’s broken, and actually fix it—not just flag it for someone else. Whether it’s a conversion drop on the D2C site, a listing suppression on Amazon, or a shift in TikTok Shop affiliate performance, you dig into the issue, diagnose the root cause, and drive solutions. You’ll need to understand how a digital P&L works. You should be comfortable with unit economics, understand what levers move margin, and connect daily execution across channels to business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong ecommerce fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a high learning velocity. If something is unfamiliar, you figure it out. About the Role Responsibilities Business Acumen Understand ecommerce P&L fundamentals, including revenue, COGS, ad spend, margins, and contribution profit. Use unit economics to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize high-impact opportunities. Support planning cycles and business reviews through reporting, insights, and recommendations. Track and analyze channel KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on performance. Diagnostics & Hands‑On Problem Solving Work directly inside platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop. Diagnose performance issues through listing audits, search term analysis, fulfillment reviews, and ad campaign performance. Conduct root cause analysis when KPIs shift and independently implement solutions. Resolve cross‑functional issues involving fulfillment, creative, and product teams. Build SOPs and scalable systems to proactively catch recurring issues. Channel Operations D2C / Shopify Manage and optimize the ecommerce storefront. Oversee merchandising, CRO, promotions, and customer experience. Amazon Manage: Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands & Display) A+ Content Brand Registry FBA operations TikTok Shop Oversee: Product listings Affiliate/creator recruitment LIVE shopping Ad campaigns Marketplace Expansion Evaluate opportunities for expansion into channels such as Walmart, Target+, and additional marketplaces. Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner with teams across marketing, supply chain, finance, and creative. Collaborate with media teams on creative performance and reporting. Champion a test‑and‑learn culture by running experiments and scaling successful initiatives. Qualifications 3–5 years of hands‑on ecommerce experience with direct platform execution Strong D2C experience (Shopify preferred), including merchandising, CRO, and customer acquisition Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central (required) TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred Experience across at least 2 of the following channels: D2C Amazon TikTok Shop (Preference for candidates with experience across all three.)
