You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, provide test areas with parameters for sample testing, specify tests to be performed, compile data, and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. JOB DUTIES Design test equipment Coordinate the build of test equipment Work with design and manufacturing engineering teams to define design criteria for new test equipment Partner with manufacturing to achieve and maintain the highest possible yield, ensuring equipment meets or exceeds established performance targets Ensure all equipment complies with company standards for performance and safety Maintain records of equipment performance and modifications Actively participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems, ensuring compliance with requirements and carrying out assigned activities YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience working with test equipment in manufacturing environments Hands‑on experience with ICT platforms such as HP/Agilent 3070, Teradyne, or similar systems for PCB/component testing and functional testing of finished goods Practical experience with National Instruments tools, including LabWindows/CVI Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal) Availability to work on a fixed‑term contract (6 months) WE VALUE Ability to clearly and accurately communicate information across diverse and global teams Strong analytical skills to quickly identify relationships and interactions between complex issues or situations Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of assigned tasks Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in team environments WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
