Position: Project Buyer Department: Project Buyer Schedule: Temps plein Employee Status: CDI Type de contrat: Contrat permanent Job Posting Date: Responsibilities Attend project meetings and lead or support all purchasing activities until project closure Support the Project Manager in preparation of the Sourcing Plan to define PTM commitments and conditions for Pre‑SoCo, SoCo and SOP at required QCD conditions Confirm project team commitments in L2 Planning in Puma Select supplier bid‑list based on the Compliant Segment Panel and liaise with Project and Segment organizations to identify bundle opportunities Identify Critical Parts per CLEAN definitions and review contingency plans with PTMs, requesting PM arbitration when required Coordinate S‑VRF definition, upload in PuMa by each PTM, and plan supplier design reviews Obtain supplier acceptance of Valeo Requirements Enhance competition at equivalent scope Use PuMa features effectively and promote its usage among the project team Involve the Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) to share constraints and propose a sourcing strategy compliant with the Group Segment Strategy Assess pre‑selected suppliers’ risk impacts on the project with regard to development or production capacity, technical or quality capability, and financial sustainability; propose mitigation plans recorded in PuMa Propose lotting and RFP tactics and anticipate the use of auctions with the Project Team Perform the RFQ process via PuMa and Auctions (Live or Online) Leverage the commodity organization to reach pre‑sourcing decisions and meet project targets Anticipate and escalates issues when needed to ensure required risk mitigation, SoCo decisions, QCD project targets and segment strategies are enforced Ensure timely sign‑off with stakeholders to achieve successful auction events Ensure permanent updates of sourcing process milestones to guarantee reliable SoCo forecasts and enable bundling opportunities Liaise with Productivity Buyers to identify possible P/N for Business Link pre‑auction or SoCo Pilot and forecast the project purchasing index and lead the productivity action plan (VP & PTBV) to reach CAA targets Ensure proper transfer to serial production including implementation of productivity actions (PTBV) Ensure creation of early open order in SAP in coordination with the productivity buyer Define and control communication flows and ensure all necessary documentation is stored in PuMa (contracts, LON, LTA, BL) Manage achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers and follow progress of PQA stages For global platforms assembled in multiple plants, coordinate with PG/PL PPD, Platform Project buyer and other buyers to ensure the platform meets commodity strategy, localization needs of the receiving plant, and global leverage and securization of the supply base Propose and validate pre‑sourcing target suppliers with the commodity organization Manage all contractual aspects to protect Valeo intellectual property and the segment panel Benefits Opportunity to work in a large global innovative company with more than 20,000 engineers in research & development A multicultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration Access to career growth opportunities within more than 100,000 colleagues across 31 countries A business committed to limiting the environmental impact of its activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
