Join the team of Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol as Night Manager. This ultra‑luxury ocean‑front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 residences. Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open‑air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, a spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse – perched above the resort with sweeping ocean views and designed to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. The Management Level for This Position Is Operations – Assistant Department Head The role of the Night Manager The Night Manager directly supervises the Front Office operation during the overnight shift and further supports oversight of the entire resort during this time. This individual leads the team in a constructive and efficient manner in order to create and maintain the highest level of service consistent with Four Seasons Standards. He or she will require great enthusiasm and commitment in addition to an acute ability to problem‑solve. Knowledge and Skills At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in luxury hotel. 2+ years of previous Rooms Division supervisory experience. Self‑driven and a strategic resourcing professional. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced working environment. Good team spirit, multi‑tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment. Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Great organizational skills. Attention to detail. Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently. Essential Functions Manages the activities at the Front Desk / La Casona during the overnight shift. Directs staff and ensures communication and follow‑up with the day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements. Frequently tours the hotel and monitors the activities of all other departments to ensure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met. Personally handles all guest relocations according to established guidelines. Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guests will be in person and by phone. Reviews late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities. Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements. Blocks rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved. Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups. Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. When taking a shift at the desk, follows up on credit problems. Reviews all paid‑outs, rebates, Petty Cash disbursements and Direct Billings.
