Your Tasks / Responsibilities Supervision of the Tlaquepaque Local IT team. Onboarding & offboarding main contact/IT activities coordination, IT induction. L1 support on Laboratory Operating System PCs. IT best practices for Laboratories. IT supplier planning, supply chain and good/service receive control. Management of PCs, mobiles, and printing services. IT room check list, tracking actions. Root Cause Analysis on P1 incidents related to Local IT. Meeting rooms IT services assessment & actions. Participation and support for Global IT initiatives as required. Local IT infrastructure activities extension (4 patch days per year). Representation on pertinent audits. PM monthly report. Qualifications 5 years of experience. Windows for PCs, iPhones, basics on IT infrastructure. Personal computers. Microsoft Windows, Antivirus (basic). IVANTI, Service Now, Monitoring console.
