What will you do As a Sr. Analyst, Digital Enablement, you will: Mentor and support the Digital Enablement team with technical expertise in core systems. Evaluate team performance and support strategic planning with the Associate Manager. Scope and develop proof of concepts for automation and data‑driven solutions. Lead project planning including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment, and change management. Develop technical solutions for functional business process leads. Escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and contingency planning. Present project updates to IGS leadership and contribute to monthly status reviews. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes. Benchmark and assess digital tools for applicability to IGS operations. What you will bring University or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in automation tool development. Advanced expertise in Agile project management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach. High proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio, and Databricks. Who you are Highly organized with strong attention to detail. A clear communicator in both English and Spanish.
