Responsibilities Manage a central team for audience management, data analysis and insights generation processes. Responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing audience architecture and strategies through pulling actionable insights from integrating multiple data sources, and providing valuable recommendations to drive business growth. The BI Lead works closely with stakeholders across clients, areas, disciplines, and agencies to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions. Must stay updated on audience management, industry trends, syndicated and proprietary solutions, and best practices to ensure BI strategies remain innovative and effective. Optimal skills for Audience Strategy & Management Own the end-to-end strategic audience framework, design segmentation architectures, experience on addressable audiences, and set standards for audience measurement. Skills Proven experience leading and managing a BI team. Strong strategic analytical skills: able to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Experience on audience strategy & management: Management of ID planning and activation platforms is a recommended plus. Proficiency with data analysis tools and media/research solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem solving to develop innovative BI strategies. In-depth knowledge of category trends and audience behavior. Experience with social listening models.
