Job Description: Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. Job Requirements: Sell Nobel's business unit products, and potentially sell products from other Envista business units if the company communicates this strategy. Visit existing clients (sell-in) and prospect for new clients. Visit end clients (dentists) and perform sell-out activities. Plan, organize, and conduct sales training sessions on Nobel's products and services to promote them. Actively participate in T&E events and/or trade shows and conferences by demonstrating, explaining, and selling products from your portfolio. Provide support, attention, creation, and management of T&E events. Define initiatives and strategies to generate opportunities for new clients, expand the market, and gain market share. Execute the visit plan/sales action plan and report visits and sales information in the company system. Propose process improvements and initiatives to enhance sales performance. Resolve problems in simple situations; Analyze potential solutions using technical expertise, judgment, and precedent. May require instruction, guidance, and direction from other coworkers and/or senior supervisors in your region. Follow company processes and policies. Prepare periodic reports.
