We are currently seeking a Cloud Architect (AWS) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). Strong understanding of AWS-native architectures (multi-account strategy, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway,EventBridge) and ability to codify infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt/OpenTofuwith reusable modules aligned toChoferstandards. Deep familiarity with AWS networking (VPC design, Transit Gateway routing, Route53 DNS, secure file transfer patterns) with the abilityautomateprocesses around the provisioning, de-provisioningand auditing of the resources. Ability to upscale the existingChoferonboarding, offboarding, and break-glass services into fully automated, API-driven workflows using ServiceNow andChoferAPIs, minimizing manual approvals and human intervention. Hands-on development using Python/NodeJS to build orchestration layers, API integrations, and event-driven automation withstrongfocus on resiliency, idempotency, and secure coding practices. Ability to analyze ServiceNow/cloud support request data using SQL toidentifyrepetitive patterns and systematicallyeliminatetoil by building self-service and AI-ready automation pipelines (structured inputs/outputs, telemetry, and reusable APIs). Required: Strong AWSexpertise; Terraform/Terragrunt/OpenTofu; Datadog for observability (logs, metrics, traces) to enable monitoring, alerting, and compliance/audit insights (including SOX traceability).
