Robinson is looking for a Customer Account Specialist in Monterrey to help drive exceptional customer experiences while directly impacting client retention, service quality, and overall operational success. In this role, you play a critical part in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across our logistics network. You will manage customer accounts end-to-end, proactively resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service. You bring value by optimizing account performance, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Experience and Growth: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, adeptly addressing their needs and surpassing expectations. Anticipate requirements, provide timely solutions, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities. Operational Excellence: Execute operational tasks such as order creation, load assignment, and tracking with precision. Ensure accuracy of operational data, utilize tech tools to manage orders, identify discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and champion new processes. Team Collaboration and Process Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline account processes, SOPs, and KPIs in alignment with customer expectations. Engage in team meetings, share best practices, and serve as a resource and mentor to colleagues. Additional Responsibilities Implement account pricing strategies as directed. Handle tender responses and maintain Load Board Portals (LBPs). Schedule appointments and optimize load/mode configurations. Maintain and update W‑codes and associations, monitoring automation dashboards. Manage shared inboxes and address Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks. Troubleshoot EDI and Navisphere online platforms. Foster relationships and communication with LTLSC and other shared services. Process claims and manage accessorial charges. Set up after‑hours support as required. Continuously improve customer accounts through a performance‑improvement lens. QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to travel up to 5% domestically. Preferred: Customer Engagement Experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem solving.
