Key Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing research and maintain up-to-date insights on global supply chain landscapes, tariff barriers, cross-border logistics solutions, and local regulatory frameworks across key markets. Source, evaluate, and onboard third-party OEM/ODM factories, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement and roll out supply chain solutions. Drive localization procurement initiatives, including identifying qualified local suppliers, negotiating terms, and advancing localized sourcing projects to reduce costs and improve market responsiveness. Proactively resolve production and planning exceptions for both in-house and third-party factories, coordinating cross-departmental and cross-border resources to mitigate risks and meet delivery commitments. Perform end-to-end cost analysis of supply chain workflows, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead continuous optimization projects to improve operational efficiency. Oversee overseas inventory health, analyze multi-stage inventory data, manage aged/obsolete inventory, and implement strategies to accelerate order fulfillment and inventory turnover. ✅ Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Professional proficiency in English (able to use it as a working language for daily communication, meetings, and documentation). Hands-on experience in overseas supply chain resource onboarding, with a proven track record of executing cross-border projects from initiation to full rollout. Solid understanding of regional supply chain models, tariff policies, and trade compliance requirements in major overseas markets. Preference given to candidates with an established network of overseas factories, suppliers, or logistics partners. Willingness and ability to adapt to frequent, long-term overseas business travel to support global operations.
