Summary of This Role Responsible for selling merchant services offerings to businesses. Activities include pricing, customer segmentation, customer presentations, account sign‑up and activation, and account management. Primarily field sales to area businesses; some business may be conducted over the phone. What Part Will You Play? Manage a portfolio of clients with an annual net revenue value of $200,000 or more. Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories through face‑to‑face meetings, telephone communications, marketing programs, and other activities as needed. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, qualify prospects, and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Plan and conduct account qualification, needs analysis, and delivery at all prospect levels. Respond to customer requests for information and deliver online presentations. Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship. Manage client relationships and expectations during the sales cycle. Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (SalesForce.com). Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports. Develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and changes within the payments industry. What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's Degree (No degree specified). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience: 2 years of B2B sales, cold‑calling experience, and a demonstrated record of successful performance.
