Job Title: Business Development Representative About the Company: Our Client is a global supplier specializing in scaffolding, formwork, and shoring systems. They provide dependable access and structural support solutions to a wide range of industries, with a focus on safety, performance, and durability. What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities: Proactively engage and nurture inbound and dormant leads to convert them into booked marine service jobs. Contact leads in the database who have not purchased this year. Respond rapidly to new leads generated through paid advertising campaigns. Reach out to high-intent website visitors who did not convert. Qualify prospects and identify vessel/service needs. Educate prospects on marina services, membership plans, and offers. Overcome objections and close service bookings. Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and quote handoff. Maintain CRM updates and lead status accuracy. Execute structured follow-up sequences until lead is closed or lost. Required Experience and Qualifications: 2 years in sales, closing, or business development. Strong phone and consultative selling skills. Fluent in English; Spanish preferred. Comfortable using CRM, email, WhatsApp, and sales software. Preferred Skills: Experience with high-ticket services. Marine/boating industry knowledge. Personality: Highly proactive and persuasive. Strong urgency and follow-up discipline. Motivated by commissions and performance.
