We are seeking a skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to support financial performance analysis and reporting for the Area businesses. This role is critical in delivering actionable insights to FBPs and business stakeholders, enabling data‑driven decisions that enhance product profitability and performance. The analyst will not be responsible for forecasting or budgeting but will provide the analytical foundation that informs those processes. This role requires a strong blend of financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business understanding to effectively support cross‑functional teams and add value to the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high‑quality financial reports and dashboards focused on product performance, cost drivers, and profitability—leveraging multiple data sources (Ocean and Logistics & Services). Prepare detailed financial and operational analysis to support the COE Manager in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business dynamics into clear and compelling financial narratives. Support performance review cycles against Budgets by preparing accurate data, analysis, and materials for effective decision‑making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as variable costs, productivity, and operational efficiency. Simulate P&L scenarios and create operational performance reports, including financial narratives and Q&A materials. Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and efficiency through automation and process enhancements. The Basics Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in financial analysis or business performance roles. Systems: Proficiency in BI tools, Excel, and financial reporting systems. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L, cost analysis, and financial performance metrics. English Level: B2 or higher – capable of working fluently in a global environment.
