Title and Summary Consultants in Advisors & Consulting Services guide clients on business decisions using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform. They identify priorities, design, execute experiments, and advise on implementation across industries such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants. Services Overview The Advisors & Consulting Services team blends traditional consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and proprietary platforms. The group’s five specializations are Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Roles and Responsibilities Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements. Contribute to strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science and Test & Learn®. Collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand client needs, agendas, and risks. Develop working relationships with client analysts/managers and act as a trusted partner. Deliver analytical and technical guidance to advance Test & Learn® adoption and competency. Prepare effective presentations and deliver client recommendations. Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management, and expand the firm’s intellectual capital. Basic Qualifications Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, technology, data science, or data‑driven analysis. Teamwork and client/internal stakeholder management experience. Logical, structured thinking and strong numerical analysis skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Effective communication in English and local office language (if applicable). Eligibility to work in the relevant country and ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data modeling, database management, and visualization tools. Managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties. Strong problem‑solving, brainstorming, and solution implementation skills. Industry expertise relevant to Mastercard’s client portfolio. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
