Main Purpose of the Role Execution and delivery of HR programs and services related to employee relations (ER). Responsible to provide professional ER guidance to employees’ leaders and employees in order to minimize a negative impact of labor matters, compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations and internal global policies. Main Responsibilities Provides orientation on labor relations matters to people leaders including people management and disciplinary processes such as Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, misconduct, workplace rules, among others. Execute employee terminations legal compliance on documentation and employee experience. Guarantee employee’s files according to process and exit interviews. Planning and execution of programs and processes related to Employee Relations. Identification of opportunities to improve labor practices and provide recommendations. Collaborate with external labor consultants to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and make recommendations to management. Assist to develop and update policies, processes, guides, programs and tools applicable to align the organization in legal and regulatory compliance and Abbott’s standards. Support its communication, implementation and training across the company. Assist and participate on internal investigations related to personnel and regulatory compliance. Assist and analyze internal ER metrics to share with HR and business leaders for decision making. Contribute with proposals for preventive actions and process improvements to reduce labor conflicts and strengthen organizational environment. Resolve labor situations and address employee complaints. Coordinate disciplinary processes and labor audits. Prepare reports and metrics related to labor relations. Advise leaders and internal areas on legal and labor matters. Experience working in matrix environment organizations. Education - BA Degree, Psychology, Administration or similar.
