Responsibilities Review all technical documentation (e.g., ECNs, SOPs, liaison letters) to verify accuracy and feasibility, ensuring that change details, material handling, and process requirements are clear and unambiguous. Provide guidance to department engineers on resolving production abnormalities, optimizing processes, implementing efficiency improvements, and controlling costs. Conduct daily line inspections to monitor production quality, process execution, and the operational status of PIE, resolving key technical issues on-site. Lead the analysis of major production/quality abnormalities; evaluate and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to standardize processes and prevent recurrence. Chair weekly meetings to drive problem-solving; review production staffing allocation; participate in joint process inspections; oversee 7S implementation within the department and employee performance evaluations. Facilitate cross-department collaboration through meetings, correspondence, and other channels; oversee trial production of new models and the processing of refurbished units; participate in hiring and interviews for department personnel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (completed). Intermediate English. 3 years of experience in the role. Proficient in production process flows. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Total Quality Management (TQM). Proficient in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and other design software, as well as common office software. Understanding of equipment principles and basic knowledge of PLCs and/or automation. Familiar with quality tools (such as FMEA, SPC, 8D). Proficient with computers (specialized software such as CAD/CAM), measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, coordinate measuring machines/CMM), and production equipment debugging tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
