In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities. Responsibilities Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company. Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA. Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations. Conducts benefit campaigns for employees. Organizes recreational and cultural activities. Plans motivational programs. Participation in VIBE's iniciatives. Supports Human Resources department activities. Performs other assignments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work Three years of experience in a similar position (manufacturing industry) English Proficiency +85% Experience with non-profit community support associations as well as governmental institution Teamwork Self-Initiative Excellent Human Relations and Good Communication Effective Communication at All Levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
