The Opportunity Our client is entering a critical scaling phase, with proven products already in market and processing meaningful transaction volumes. They are now expanding their engineering footprint across LATAM and are looking for an Engineering Manager to play a key role in shaping the technical foundations of their payments and card infrastructure. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll influence architecture, guide engineering teams, and help scale systems that operate in real‑world, regulated environments. Engineering Environment The LATAM team operates as a senior, high‑ownership group responsible for business‑critical systems.
