Key Responsibilities: All sales activities with specific annual targets and take care of direct customers and partners in Mexico and Central America. Implementing the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including the definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global Bender strategy. Supporting the sales team of Bender’s channels in determining the most technically appropriate and economical solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, negotiations and offers regarding products, solutions and services. Intrinsic motivation for self-development in relation to Bender products. Preparing and supporting the preparation of technical or commercial offers based on customer specified requirements and sales organization directives. Participation in the order and billing planning process (orders and sales forecasts). Responsible for monitoring activities (turnover, volume, profitability, selling price, market share, costs, margins by product, country or segment etc). Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information to establish commercial strategy. Meeting customers and partners to understand their needs and trends. Defining costs for products or solutions according to the local market and communication to the product manager. Contribution to the definition of the roadmap for the offer development for the next 3 years. Proposing marketing campaigns or action plans to boost the offer. Supporting the development and distribution of commercial tools for partners. Offering customized training sessions for partners. Experience & Qualifications: Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering qualifications or an equivalent qualification. Strong technical sales skills with 5+ years of work experience in B2B and B2C and preferably experience in ground fault protection and isolation fault protection systems. Knowledge of technical marketing with experience in the electrical segment and a focus on renewable energy, mining, e-mobility, hospitals etc. Experience in application development, projects, services and solutions. Fluent skills in business English. Customer service oriented and able to advocate for customers with project teams with focus on multitasking, prioritization and time efficient management. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and technical colleagues, sharing detailed technical information in an easy-to-understand manner (written and verbal). Committed, persistent and self-taught with a will to develop a career in sales, service and market development. Strong focus on organizational objectives rather than working hours. Experience of using CRM-Tools (e.g. Salesforce). Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs and other technical design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent). Experience of using communication systems and protocols is desirable (such as Modbus, Profibus). Availability to travel from time to time (60%).
