Salesforce Developer Sr – Hybrid, CDMX We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 4–5 years of experience , participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization , ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs. Develop components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript . Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines). Technical Skills Required: Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4+ years) . Hands‑on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript . Experience in code debugging and solution analysis . Familiarity with integrations, Git, and CI/CD (nice to have). Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar). Salesforce certifications such as: Platform App Builder Platform Developer I Other Salesforce certifications are a plus Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Development. Advanced English (C1) – required for client interaction. Location & Schedule: Hybrid work model in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Saltillo. Remote work available in the rest of Mexico (restrictions apply).
