You’ll thrive in this position if you’re client-focused, strategic, and relationship-driven, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for technology and innovation to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.* Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaq’s solutions.* Create demand for Nasdaq’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.* Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.* Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.* Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.* Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.**Preferred Qualifications*** Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).* Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.* Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
