We are looking for a qualified Compensation Supervisor to support the development and implementation of compensation strategies globally. The ideal candidate will be a professional with an analytical and global mindset and a deep understanding of best practices in compensation and benefits. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with project management skills and the ability to connect cross-functional departments and teams. This role is key to ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness in our compensation practices, as well as supporting the retention and motivation of our talent. The position continues to evolve and adapt to both the changing needs of our internal stakeholders and the requirements of the global market. Objectives: Aligned with Grupo Bimbo Corporate, design, implement, and manage global compensation programs that are competitive, fair, and compliant. The Compensation Supervisor will work closely with people leaders and country leaders to ensure that compensation programs support the company's business objectives. He or she will be responsible for conducting market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the Organization's compensation programs, developing and maintaining compensation policies and procedures, and communicating compensation programs to employees and managers. You will ensure compliance with Grupo Bimbo's laws and regulations related to compensation and manage the annual compensation review process within the Organization. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in participating in salary surveys and conducting various market benchmarks. 2. Ensure internal equity and gender pay equality. 3. Ensure the correct implementation of benefit policies. 4. Participate in the annual salary review process and the calculation and payment of variable compensation. 5. Participate in the design of new policies and programs that respond to talent attraction and retention needs, as well as the implementation and improvement of existing ones. 6. Assist internal customers with compensation and benefits matters. 7. Collaborate in maintaining the Group's organization, in terms of organizational structure, job descriptions and evaluations, and levels, ensuring alignment with the business model and defined objectives. Position requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation (using Mercer and/ WTW methodology). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with People and business leaders in different countries. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and presentation skills. Be specific in plans, objectives, and projects. Desire a dynamic and respectful professional culture. Be open to all possibilities and adaptable to change. Strong project management experience working closely and diplomatically with internal and external teams, managing tight deadlines and multiple large projects simultaneously.
